Custom injection molding for plastic parts
We mold custom plastic parts to the material, appearance and inspection requirements agreed for the project. The work starts with the part, not with a stock mold.

DFM before tooling
Before steel is cut, we review draft, wall thickness, gate location, ejector marks, warp risk and assembly interfaces. The goal is to catch changes while they are still cheap.
- DFM note with risks and recommendations
- Material and finish review
- Tooling route: bridge tool vs production tool
- T1/T2 sample and measurement loop
Process
- Send the drawing, quantity and target date.
- DFM review and quote for tooling and parts.
- Tool build, T1 sample and approval.
- Production, in-process checks and final inspection.
- Packaging and shipping.
FAQ
Can you mold a low volume?
Yes. Low-volume bridge tooling is used for pilots and trials; production tooling can follow when the design is stable.
What if I do not have a 3D file?
Send a sketch, sample or 2D drawing. We can discuss the part and the information needed before quoting.
Do you make the mold too?
Yes. Mold making and molding are handled as one project so tooling and production decisions stay connected.
