Injection molding questions, answered
Short answers to the questions we hear most often. If your question is not here, send it with the RFQ.
What can you mold?
Custom plastic parts for electronic enclosures, home appliance components, beauty device housings and industrial parts. Send the drawing or a short description of the part.
What is your maximum clamp force?
Up to 1,200 tons. The press is selected against the part size, material and tool, and confirmed in the quote.
Which materials do you work with?
ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA66, POM, TPU, PBT, PP, PE and PVC are all available. The grade is confirmed against the application, environment and compliance requirements.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typical standard tolerance is ±0.1 mm, with ±0.05 mm for precision features. The drawing and assembly requirements decide what is quoted.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Bridge tooling can start from about 500 pcs; production MOQ is set by part and cavity count. Low-volume runs are quoted individually.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples are typically 3–5 weeks after design approval; production is typically 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Tooling runs 4–8 weeks.
Do you make the mold as well?
Yes. Mold design, manufacturing, T1/T2 samples and molding are handled as one project so tooling and production decisions stay connected.
Can you use an existing mold?
Possibly. Send the mold information, its condition and what you need from the next run; we will review suitability before quoting.
Do you provide DFM feedback?
Yes. We review draft, wall thickness, gate, ejectors, warp and assembly risks before steel is ordered.
Can you provide inspection documents or PPAP?
Inspection records and PPAP documentation are provided with the quotation. Tell us the package your customer requires and we include it.
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes. Packaging, Incoterms and shipping terms are confirmed in the quote. We do not publish a fixed freight price without the destination and volume.
How do I send files?
Use the RFQ form. STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF and ZIP are accepted. No confidential files are needed for the first enquiry.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. Contact us with your dates and the team you would like to meet.
Do you sign an NDA?
Confidentiality can be discussed before sensitive drawings are shared. Tell us what you need before sending files.
Still have a question?
Send the part, material and quantity. We will answer with a DFM note and a quote, not a sales deck.
